FLON4000 makes use of PTFE; in full "polytetrafluoroethylene".

PTFE contains the lowest friction coëfficient of all solids and can handle extreme pressure. It's practically chemically resistant and it can bear temperatures up to +260°C. Normal cleaning equipments and gloss protectors merely supply the gloss with a temporary protection, as they do not possess the aforementioned qualities. The FLON PTFE molecule is nanoscopically small, which makes it able to penetrate deeply into the pores of the paintwork, providing for an adherence that will last for years.

After the paintwork has undergone a special preliminary treatment, the FLON PTFE molecule will be rubbed into the pores of the paint mechanically. Through this an extremely smooth surface is created, practically eliminating the possibility for dirt to hang on. With a FLON4000 treatment the paintwork is not only protected better against external elements, but it is also provided with a beautiful, deep gloss.

With every FLON4000 treatment, a 3 year gloss warranty is given, for both new and used cars.
